Training Course 1 European Workshop

Potentials and Tools (June 2021 digital)

The first workshop of the project took place in June 2021. Due to the pandemic, the workshop had to be organised digitally and with less participants as planned. This has given more room for exchange. The participants reflected about 2 topics:

  • Strengths and weakness of Junior and Senior youth workers
  • Transfer of competences between Junior and Senior youth workers
