IB Polska operates a Social Rental Agency in Kraków - an initiative that provides access to housing for people in difficult living situations with apartments leased in cooperation with the City of Kraków, among others.
The programme is in high demand: 49 out of 50 apartments are already occupied. The apartments are fully furnished and can be used by families for a period of up to five years.
A key feature of the programme is the additional employment support and coaching offered to tenants.
