The IB Foundation is the foundation of the Internationaler Bund (IB). It stands for non-partisanship, denominational independence, tolerance, diversity and cultural understanding. People are at the center of its activities. The supported activities generate social, sustainable effects and contribute to positive changes in society. The IB Foundation was established in 2017 and supports projects of the IB in various areas of society, including the promotion of youth and senior citizens, international cooperation, democratic society and civic engagement.
Transparency is very important to us. That is why we support the Transparent Civil Society Initiative and are committed to disclose what goals we pursue, where the foundation's funds come from, how they are used and who makes the decisions. We ensure that donations given for specific projects are also used for these projects.
