On May 9, 2025, the first European Pride Business Network (EPBN) – WISE Role Models Award Ceremony took place at the Copernicus Science Centre in Warsaw - A powerful celebration of LGBTQIA+ workplace equality across Europe.
Representing the entire IB group, @Michał Małecki of the @IB Polska Foundation joined a diverse group of leaders from business, government, and civil society.
The event featured inspiring speeches, personal stories, and best practices for inclusion.
