Digitalization is becoming increasingly important within the Internationaler Bund (IB). As one of Germany’s long-standing providers of education and social services, we are now gradually transferring our experience into digital and hybrid learning formats.
At the IB Online Academy, we are currently building and expanding a range of online offers, including partial qualification programs, language preparation, and career-oriented training. Our goal is not to replace traditional learning, but to complement it with flexible digital options that support people in very different life situations.
This development is a work in progress. Together with colleagues from across the organization, we are learning, experimenting, improving our structures, and continuously developing our digital formats. Along the way, we work closely with practitioners and experts to ensure that our online learning remains practical, accessible, and aligned with the needs of our participants.
Digitalization also opens up new opportunities for collaboration, networking, and lifelong learning. Through the IB Online Academy, learners can connect with trainers, exchange experiences, and strengthen skills that support their professional and personal development.
