The ELLA Congress is held from 11-14 November 2015 in Vienna, Austria. The main headline of the ELLA Congress is „United for inclusive education: Moving beyond traditional learning”.The congress will be held at the Europahaus Vienna, located just inside the western city limits and surrounded by a beautiful 6 hectare baroque park with a wonderfully preserved natural green environment. The congress is organized in the context of the International Lifelong Learning Project ELLA (European Life Long Learning Academy) which is funded by the European Union. The ELLA project focuses on the inclusive adult education of people with disabilities and combines 19 partners from 12 countries, including the candidates to EU membership Serbia and Turkey as well as Israel as a third country.The aim of the congress is to share and promote among participants the importance of the inclusive education and to highlight the areas that need particular attention to improve inclusive education and strengthen policy development. The congress is intended to bring together project partners, people with disabilities, political representatives, social organizations and adult education centres who are interested in improving the educational situation of people with disabilities. The project partners are looking forward to presenting the outcomes of the ELLA project to external stakeholders and to decision makers.
