We were thrilled that the participants had chosen to take part in our international internship program in Austria! From November 2 to November 15, 2024, ten young individuals from vocational training programs in cooking, sales, office work, and housekeeping embarked on a unique journey: an internship in a foreign country with its own culture and traditions.
Guided around the clock by our dedicated staff members, the group stayed at the renowned Sport- und Vitalhotel Seppl in St. Leonhard, a picturesque village in the Pitztal region. This partnership, established last year, offered valuable opportunities for career advancement and intercultural growth.
Thanks to EU Erasmus+ funding, participation was completely free of charge. During the internship, participants gained hands-on experience in various hotel departments, from learning Austrian culinary techniques to honing skills in service, housekeeping, and reception. They also interacted with local trainees, embracing Austrian culture, language, and customs.
At the end of the program, participants received the Europass Mobility Certificate and an certificate from our Austrian partner—valuable assets for their future job applications.
