In a long-term survey of many companies, the magazine "BRIGITTE", together with the agency Territory, has named the Internationaler Bund (IB) as one of the best employers for women in the whole of Germany.
The relevant criteria included the compatibility of family and career, flexibility in working hours, measures taken by companies to promote careers, the importance of transparency and equality, and the proportion of women in management positions.

With Karola Becker, a woman sits on the board of the IB

For many years now, the IB has placed great emphasis on promoting female employees. With Karola Becker, a woman sits on the three-member board of the organization with around 14,000 employees. In addition, the IB has many female managing directors as well as department and facility managers. Current, Germany-wide job advertisements for jobs in the IB's numerous professional fields are available - updated daily - at https://www.internationaler-bund.de/ib-gruppe/stellenboerse (German).

"We are proud of this award. It confirms our efforts over the past decades to be attractive to female employees and to promote them. Equality for all people, regardless of gender, origin, religion or skin color, is a central concern of the IB," says Executive Director Karola Becker.
