What is special about IB Turkey’s cooperation with Germany?
The cooperation between Turkey and Germany has had a long history and continues to evolve. While the German economy is struggling with an alarming shortage of qualified workers, IB Turkey has started to cooperate with IB branches in order to build a bridge between Turkey and Germany in 2021.
The collaboration has helped to broaden perspectives on labor migration in the health sector.
What do you mainly do?
IB Turkey brings together German Health Sector and Turkish Healthcare Professionals who want to work in Germany. We have planned to work hand in hand to overcome language barriers and offer secure and stable job perspectives, as well as to explore other areas of work in the future.
What is IB Turkey's role in International Migration Services?
IB Turkey takes charge of all organizational and administrative procedures in Turkey in the process of recruiting specialists: the initial selection of candidates, the organization of interviews, providing German Language classes, the document management of the candidates, including the translation of documents up to the visa application and the organization of the departure to the Germany.
During whole processes, IB Turkey follows the principles of the RAL quality seal “Fair Recruitment Healthcare Germany”, using an ethical, fair and transparent recruitment and integration process.
Are you happy with the results of your cooperation?
The experiences we as Germany and Turkey have made together in the past years of partnership is without a doubt a strong foundation to tackle the challenges we face today and that still lay ahead.
I am thrilled about the opportunity and responsibility to lead IB Turkey and I am confident that the results of our successful cooperation between Turkey and Germany will make great headway in achieving the goals of the International Migration Services.
