The Internationaler Bund (IB) has once again been awarded the RAL “Fair Recruitment Care Germany” seal of approval.
The quality seal, which is issued by independent inspection bodies, is of great importance for the daily work of the IB's International Migration Services (IMS).
It focuses on ethics and fairness in the recruitment process for care workers and is relevant for all stakeholders involved - participants as well as employers and authorities - as it provides transparency and information on project content and procedures. In particular, it protects international skilled workers from exploitation and dependency.
International standards apply to all organizations certified in this way when recruiting from abroad in the care sector.
The IB is one of the few non-profit organizations with a seal of approval and operates nationwide as a large organization.
