Together with its partner Human Dynamics the IB will start the new EU financed project "Support to Employment Policy for promoting job creation in Mongolia" in summer 2016. The intervention aims to assist the country in its efforts to establish a well-functioning labour market capable of supporting a dynamic diversified economy while ensuring competitiveness and sustained economic and employment growth. On the one hand the project will support the employment policy framework particularly for the most vulnerable, improving the functioning of the labour market and enhancing quality employment, and provide institutional support to the Ministry of Labour (MoL) and related stakeholders. On the other hand the project will target employment creation in specific value chains in collaboration with the Ministry of Food and Agriculture (MoFA).
