We had a great time at the German Child and Youth Welfare Congress in Leipzig – Europe’s largest event for child and youth services!
Our presence at DJHT 2025 with our IB stand gave us a fantastic opportunity to share our work, connect with people genuinely interested in our projects, and exchange ideas about the future of child and youth welfare.
Our creative space invited visitors to speak directly with our experts, explore ideas, discuss potential collaborations, and build networks with others from the field. We were also proud to see our colleagues from various departments actively participating in panel discussions and contributing their expertise to key conversations in the sector.
Young talents had the chance to learn more about the career opportunities we offer at the IB. As one of Germany’s most attractive employers, we’re always happy to support the next generation in starting their professional journey with us.
International guests and NGO representatives also learned more about IB’s global engagement. The international presence at the congress allowed us to exchange knowledge and gain new perspectives on our work.
A notable part of the event was the Europe@DJHT conference programme, where sessions were held in English and/or German (with subtitles) to foster a truly inclusive dialogue. The “European Marketplace” exhibition area brought together organizations with European or international focus.
A big thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth and to the organizers for creating such an inspiring event. We left Leipzig full of new ideas, fresh connections, and motivation to keep going!
